The problem

When you're sending the same email across multiple brands, someone has to check every single one before it goes out.

Before this tool existed, that meant opening a tab for every one. Checking each manually. Does the subject line match the brand? Is the from name right? Is the list attached? Are the send settings correct? Is the web version turned off?

Every send. Every time. By hand.

Nobody does that well under deadline. So it either ate hours or got rushed. And rushed is how mistakes go out to a lot of people.

How to think about this problem

Email mistakes usually happen in the boring parts.

Not the headline. Not the creative. Not the strategy.

The from name. The reply-to. The subscription type. The list. The send date. The preview text. The web version setting nobody remembers to check.

Those are not exciting checks. That is exactly why they get missed.

The problem with manual QC is not that people are careless. It is that humans are bad at doing repetitive detail checks under deadline.

A good QC tool does not make the marketer smarter. It makes the mistake harder to miss.

What it does

Points at a campaign URL and pulls every email into one screen so problems are obvious before send — not after.

How it works

Paste in a campaign URL. Pick the portal. Hit Run QC. Every email in that campaign pulls into a single view with a checklist for each one — subject, from name, reply-to, lists, send date, web version, preview text, from email, subscription type. Anything flagged shows up in red immediately. A row of red Xs is a lot harder to miss than tab 7 of a dozen.

Why it's helpful

A dozen tabs is now one screen. You see what needs attention before it goes to a customer. The answer to “did I check everything?” is built into the tool itself.
