Privacy Policy

I'm Chelsie Hodgkiss, an independent ops leader and AI builder. This privacy policy covers chelsiehodgkiss.com and all tools hosted on it, including the HubSpot Health Check.

I built these tools to be useful, not to collect your data. I want as little of your information as possible. The only thing this site can collect is your email address, and only if you hand it to me on purpose. I don't sell it. I don't share it.

When you use the HubSpot Health Check tool you provide a HubSpot private API key. Here is exactly what happens with it:

Your API key is sent to a stateless server proxy that uses it once to request your contact data from HubSpot. My application logs nothing — not your key, not your contact data, not your IP address. Like any website, my host may keep standard server access logs, which I don't control, use, or have any interest in. Your contact data is returned to your browser, analyzed there, and never stored on my servers. When you close the tab everything is gone. I keep no record of your API key and no record of your contact data.

I cannot access your HubSpot portal. I cannot see your contacts. I cannot recover your API key after your session ends. There is nothing to hand over, sell, or breach.

chelsiehodgkiss.com does not have user accounts or logins. It has one form: an email signup, powered by HubSpot. If you submit it, your email address goes to HubSpot, which stores and processes it on my behalf. HubSpot's form embed also loads a tracking script from HubSpot's servers on pages where the form appears.

Your email is used for exactly one thing: sending you what you signed up for. It is never sold, and never shared beyond HubSpot's processing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're done.

I don't run analytics software on this site. The HubSpot form embed does set cookies on pages where the signup form appears — that's HubSpot's doing, and their privacy policy (linked above) covers it. If I ever add analytics I will update this policy and use a privacy-respecting tool.

This site is hosted on Railway. Tools are built using the HubSpot API. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of HubSpot or Railway.

The only personal data this site collects is your email address, and you control it. The unsubscribe link in every email removes you from the list. If you want your email deleted entirely — not just unsubscribed — reply to any newsletter and I'll remove it from HubSpot.

If anything changes I'll update the date at the top of this page. I won't make material changes without making them obvious.
