Use these tools in good faith. Don't do anything sketchy. I built them to be helpful and I'm sharing them for free. In return I ask that you be reasonable about expectations and responsibility.

These terms apply to chelsiehodgkiss.com and all tools hosted on it, including the HubSpot Health Check and any tools added in the future.

The tools on this site were built by Chelsie Hodgkiss, an independent ops professional, using AI-assisted development. They are provided free of charge as practical utilities for operations and marketing professionals.

These are not enterprise software products. They don't come with SLAs, guaranteed uptime, or dedicated support. They were built by one person who thought they'd be useful and decided to share them.

When you use the HubSpot Health Check or any tool on this site:

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access any HubSpot portal you connect. You are responsible for how you use the results. You are responsible for any actions you take based on what the tool finds. You should not use these tools on portals you don't own or have explicit permission to access.

The tools on this site are provided as-is. I make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of results, uninterrupted availability, compatibility with your specific HubSpot configuration, or outcomes resulting from actions you take based on the results.

In plain English: if the tool says you have 1,925 contacts missing email addresses and you act on that and something goes sideways, that's on you. Use your own judgment. QA your own work. These tools are a starting point not a final answer.

You agree not to use these tools to access HubSpot portals without authorization, attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the tools or the underlying API, use these tools for any unlawful purpose, or resell or redistribute these tools as your own.

The tools, copy, design, and content on chelsiehodgkiss.com are owned by Chelsie Hodgkiss. You're welcome to use the tools. You're not welcome to copy and claim them as yours.

Chelsie Hodgkiss offers paid packages that include access to source code for tools featured on this site. By purchasing a code package you agree to the following:

All purchases are one time fees. There are no refunds once the GitHub repository has been shared.

I do not host your tool, store your data, or provide ongoing maintenance beyond the async support period included in your package. You own the code and are responsible for your own deployment, hosting, and data handling.

The code you receive uses the HubSpot API but is not an official HubSpot product. You are responsible for complying with HubSpot's terms of service in your own use of their API.

Async support is available for 30 days from the date of purchase via email. After 30 days support is not included.

You may use the code for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the code as your own original work.

The tools and code packages on this site are built using third party APIs including the HubSpot API. Third party APIs change over time. HubSpot and other platforms may update, deprecate, or modify their APIs without notice, which may cause tools to stop functioning correctly.

I do not guarantee that tools or code packages will remain compatible with future API changes. I am not obligated to provide updates, patches, or fixes when third party APIs change.

In plain English: if HubSpot updates their API and something breaks, that is not covered under your purchase. You bought the code as it works today.

I may choose to update free tools on chelsiehodgkiss.com on a best effort basis. Paid code packages do not include future updates unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

All HubSpot associated tools are independent tools built by Chelsie Hodgkiss. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by HubSpot, Inc. HubSpot is a registered trademark of HubSpot, Inc.

All tools and code packages are provided as-is. I make no guarantees about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or results achieved through use of the tools or code. You are responsible for testing, QA, and validating outputs before acting on them.
