Services
Free to audit. Paid to own.
The tools on this site are free because I believe ops people deserve better than $720/month paywalls. But sometimes you need more than a diagnostic. You need the solution — built for your team, your naming conventions, your HubSpot setup. That's what these packages are for.
What I build
Every paid package starts with a tool that already exists and works. I've tested it on real portals with real data. You're not paying for an experiment. You're paying for something proven, customized for you.
Current tools available as paid packages
- HubSpot Health Check
- HubSpot Workflow Conflict Checker
- UTM Builder
More coming as the free suite grows.
The Packages
The Code
$297one time
For ops people who are comfortable deploying their own tools.
You get:
- Full GitHub repository access
- Detailed README with step by step Railway deployment instructions
- 30 days of async email support for deployment questions
- The tool is yours to own, modify, and use forever
You'll need a free GitHub account and a Railway account (free tier works for most portals).
Code + Consulting
$797one time
For teams who want it customized and working before we're done.
Everything in The Code plus:
- 90 minute Zoom session
- Custom configuration for your HubSpot setup — your channel values, your naming conventions, your properties
- Live deployment walkthrough so you leave the call with a working tool
- 30 days of async email support after the call
Not sure which tier is right for you?
Send me a note. I'll tell you honestly which one makes sense for your situation.
What I don’t do
I don't host your tool. I don't store your data. I don't provide ongoing maintenance after the support period. You own what you buy and you're responsible for it. That's intentional. Your data stays yours.
A note on what these tools are
These tools were built by one ops person who got tired of doing things manually and figured out how to build the solutions using AI. They're not enterprise software. They don't come with SLAs or dedicated support teams. What they do come with is the instincts of someone who has spent 16 years making revenue teams actually work. These tools solve real problems because I lived the problems first.
