Interesting ops problems welcome.
These tools started as solutions to problems I ran into at work.
Some were tiny annoyances that kept coming back. Some were messy processes living entirely in someone’s head. Some were things teams had accepted as “just how we do it” because nobody had time to build a better way.
I’m not actively trying to become a full-service agency. But if one of these tools sparks an idea for your team — or you have an operational problem that feels like it should become a tool — I’d love to hear about it.
What I’m open to
- Custom versions of tools already on this site
- Small internal tools for HubSpot, marketing ops, or GTM workflows
- AI-assisted process documentation and workflow design
- Systems thinking sessions for messy operational problems
How I usually work
I start with the problem, not the tool.
- What are you doing manually?
- Where does the process break?
- Who owns the decision?
- What does “done” actually look like?
- What would make this easier to run without you in the middle?
If there’s a fit, we’ll figure out the shape together.
Want your own version?
The tools here are free to audit. If you want to own the code for one of the public tools, ask me about code packages. I’m happy to talk through what makes sense, but I’d rather recommend the right thing than sell you the expensive thing.

- I don’t host your tool.
- I don’t store your data.
- I don’t provide ongoing maintenance unless explicitly agreed.
- Your data stays yours.
